Listen, let me tell you a secret about content creation that nobody will tell you. I don't know why they don't tell you, but it's so obvious once you hear it, and once you understand this, all the pressure's off.
Listen, it's about quantity, not quality. Okay. Let me tell you why. Dude, some lady can post a cute picture of her cat—15 million views. Some guy can post a picture of his boat sinking in the lake—15 million views, right? Some teenager can post some dumb challenge that they just made up—15 million views, right? Dumb shit goes viral all the time.
Don't stop posting. Don't limit yourself from posting because you think your content's dumb, because dumb goes viral all the time. You do not have to be perfect. You just have to get something into the algorithm, and the best way you can do that is just post. All the time, just post. Post, post, post, post.
I tell anybody who wants to be a content creator, I say, "Listen, you should have a minimum of 12 videos a day posted. Period." Post 12 videos a day, I promise you you'll go content creator. You'll get thousands of followers, I don't care what you post. You'll get better at it as you go, but the point is just post. You can't hit the algorithm if you don't have any videos in the algorithm, right?
Just post your content, share your life. Listen, man, you could think that your content's dumb, and you could go share just a little story from your life, like, "Oh my gosh, I ran into a raccoon on the road today, and it made me think of this." It doesn't matter how dumb it is, right? And you could literally change someone's life with that video. Who knows, maybe someone's about to kill themselves and then they see that cute raccoon and they go, "Oh, maybe I won't off myself today." That shit happens all the time.
You have no idea who you're gonna affect, and then who that person's gonna affect, and who that person's gonna affect. You can literally change the life of other people by just sharing your story. Be brave. Get out there and post dumb shit, people. It's cool. You'll be all right. I'm 57 years old and I do it. Come on. If I can succeed, you can.
