Who the Hell Teaches Dogs to Rape People?
These people are evil, pure and simple.
The detention centers at Sde Teiman and Ofer Prison have recently become the epicenter of a human rights crisis that defies the traditional boundaries of wartime misconduct. We are witnessing the industrialized application of interspecies sexual violence. Reports from the United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, and the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) have detailed a system where animals are not merely tools of intimidation, but active, conditioned participants in sexualized torture.
The question is no longer just what is happening, but how it was built. Who bred the dogs? Who trained them? And how does a modern military apparatus turn a canine into a tool of rape?
The Supply Chain: From the Netherlands to the Negev
The logistics of this horror begin in the quiet municipality of Geffen, in the Netherlands. This is the headquarters of Four Winds K9, a Dutch company that serves as a primary pipeline for the Israel Defense Forces’ (IDF) specialized canine unit, Unit 7142, known as Oketz.
The Export Loophole
Between October 2023 and February 2025, approximately 100 dogs were shipped from the Netherlands to Israel. These are predominantly Belgian Malinois, a breed selected for its explosive agility and “high drive.” While Four Winds K9 maintains that they provide standard “attack” and “search” dogs, a April 2025 lawsuit filed by Dutch and Palestinian organizations paints a far more complicit picture.
The Dutch government has historically allowed these exports under administrative loopholes usually reserved for household pets. By classifying high-performance attack animals as “pets,” the company and the government bypass the stringent dual-use military export restrictions that would otherwise trigger human rights vetos.
Legal Complicity
In the ongoing 2026 legal proceedings, the Israeli Ministries of Defense and Justice have intervened directly to provide legal shielding for Four Winds K9. This transnational protection suggests that the Dutch supplier is a critical node in the Israeli military’s custodial infrastructure.
The Units of Execution: Oketz and Force 100
While the dogs are sourced and conditioned by Oketz, the application of sexual violence occurs within the custodial units.
Unit 7142 (Oketz): Responsible for the selection, foundational training, and advanced behavioral conditioning of the animals. They manage the “dog pens” at military facilities and oversee the handlers.
Force 100: This specialized military reserve unit is tasked with “riot control” and maintaining order at Sde Teiman. They are the personnel cited in the most graphic accounts of torture. Members of Force 100 were the focus of the “Sde Teiman Five” case involving the gang rape of a detainee in July 2024, where witnesses reported the presence of a search dog used as a tool of assault.
Military Intelligence and “Inmate Instructors”: Detainees have reported that intelligence officers and military police use dogs to “terrorize” and sexually assault them in camera-free blind spots, such as passages between prison sections.
The Mechanics of Conditioning: How to Train a Predator
A dog does not naturally view a human being as a sexual target. The behavior is the result of a clinical application of operant conditioning—the same behavioral science used to train service dogs, twisted toward the goal of dehumanization.
1. Capturing and Shaping
Trainers “capture” mounting behavior—an action dogs naturally perform when over-excited or under high stress—and immediately reward it with high-value reinforcement. Through repetition, the behavior is isolated from its natural context.
2. Putting the Behavior “On Cue”
The behavior is then put under the control of a discriminative stimulus—a specific verbal command or a discrete hand signal. The dog learns that the reward only comes if they perform the action after the specific signal is given.
3. High-Arousal Triggers
In the interrogation rooms, dogs are kept in a state of hyper-arousal. Trainers use “displacement behaviors” to vent the animal’s adrenaline. When a handler triggers a dog in a room filled with the smell of fear-sweat and the sound of screaming, the dog performs the conditioned act (the mount) as a “job” to please the handler.
4. Desensitization to Resistance
The dogs are desensitized to human distress. In professional K9 training, a dog is usually taught to release if a target goes limp; here, the dogs are reportedly conditioned to maintain the assault regardless of the victim’s reaction.
Documented Testimonies from the Void
The following accounts represent the raw data of this system. They are not anecdotes; they are the evidence of a systematic policy.
“Later, they untied me and brought a dog, which also raped me.” — Wajdi (43 years old), describing his interrogation after being tied naked to a metal bed.
“One of the dogs raped me—the dog did it deliberately, knowing exactly what it was doing.” — Amir (35 years old), recounting an assault in a passage between sections at Sde Teiman where there were no cameras.
Nihad (50 years old) recounted a pre-dawn raid at Ofer Prison where Israeli forces ordered a police dog to sexually assault him, resulting in permanent physical and psychological trauma.
Muhammad Arab, a journalist held at Sde Teiman, reported witnessing soldiers attempting to force dogs to rape prisoners as a method of breaking their spirits, stating that soldiers “teach their dogs to have sex with prisoners.”
The Architecture of Impunity
The most damning aspect of this system is its institutional protection. The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry concluded in March 2025 that these acts are committed either under explicit orders or with the implicit encouragement of Israel’s top civilian and military leadership.
Engineered Impunity
In March 2026, the Israeli Military Advocate General (MAG) dropped all charges against the soldiers involved in the Sde Teiman sexual assault case. Amnesty International described this as “disgraceful,” noting that the soldiers were returned to their units and celebrated by government officials.
This is not a story of “rogue soldiers.” It is a story of a transnational network of complicity that begins in a Dutch breeding facility and ends in a torture chamber in the Negev desert. The world must ask itself why a biological weapon, trained through clinical behavioral science to commit the unthinkable, is still being exported as if it were a pet.
